The Problem FixersWhat we fix(513) 452-3950

If it can be solved,
we solve it.

Including the problems that look like they cannot be.

Computers, websites, domains and email, home projects and remodels, resumes and the job search, busywork made automatic, and handmade posters.

What we take on

If the thing has an answer somewhere, it belongs here. A few we have already handled are below, and there is a longer list of what we fix, though yours does not need to be on it.

A basement that flooded every time it rained

Waterproofed and finished, with a new bedroom and a full bath, and the rest of the house remodeled around it.

Read how it went
“They were great! They made many conscious decisions to save me money. Also, made my headaches their headaches!”Brad, Bright, Indiana

A computer that suddenly would not boot

Found what had failed, replaced it with an upgrade, and had it running again.

Read how it went
“I reached out to them and they picked up my computer the very next day. Within just a few days, they had it fixed, upgraded, and running better than ever.”Tarah, Bright, Indiana

A growing shop with no website of its own

Built for the phones her customers actually find her on, on her own domain, with her newest listings showing up by themselves.

Read how it went
“They went above and beyond my expectations and I am obsessed with my new website!”Kelsey, Harrison, Ohio
Kelsey’s shop website on a phone, showing her handmade shirts and tumblers

A business paying for a platform it had outgrown

Moved off it before the renewal hit, search history intact, nothing lost.

A contractor losing work to calls he could not answer

Every missed call now texts back on its own and puts the job on his calendar.

The small infrastructure nobody else wants

Dead machines, locked drives, phone lines and mail that will not route. The problems that are not big enough to hire for and too stuck to ignore.

  1. A bare basement corner with block walls, glass block windows and water stains along the bottom
  2. Unfinished basement with a washer, dryer and stored tools on a bare concrete floor
  3. A new electrical breaker panel mounted between wall studs with its wiring connected
  4. A crack running straight through a painted block wall
  5. Basement walls covered in white waterproofing, with a support post and a punching bag
  6. A trench cut into the concrete basement floor
  7. New wood stud walls framed across a basement
  8. New wood framing for rooms in the basement
  9. A new egress window with a stone window well outside it
  10. A basement room with fresh drywall and paint cans on the floor
  11. A newly walled basement hallway leading to carpeted stairs
  12. An empty new room with fresh white walls and a bare concrete floor
  13. A carpeted bedroom with a bed, boxed panels on the floor and a shop vacuum
  14. An unfinished basement corner with open framing, leaning drywall and a pile of insulation scraps and boxesThe same corner finished, with gray carpet, recessed lights and a sectional sofa

A basement that flooded every time it rained

Before: bare block walls and an open ceiling.

Before: unfinished, with the laundry and the storage down here.

A new electrical panel, wired in.

Before: a crack straight through the block wall.

The walls sealed in waterproofing.

The floor cut open for the lines that run beneath it.

Framing going up.

The new rooms framed in.

The egress window that lets the new room count as a bedroom.

Drywall up.

The hall to the stairs, walled in.

A new room walled in, the floor still bare.

Carpet down in the new bedroom.

Before: this same corner.

After: finished, carpeted living space.

More of our work

The only problems we turn down are the ones that genuinely cannot be solved. We will tell you which one yours is.

How it works

  1. You tell us the problem

In plain words, however you have it. You do not need it figured out or written up first.

  2. We tell you whether it is solvable

That answer is free. You get a straight yes or no before you commit to anything, and if it is yes you get how.

  3. We solve it

Start to finish, including the parts that happen in the physical world. You deal with us, not with a list of people to chase.

What it costs

Finding out costs nothing. If we cannot solve it, or you decide not to go ahead, there is no charge.

The exception is work already done. Once something is running as a project, or real work is already behind us, that part is billable whether or not you continue.

Past that, you get a price before any work starts, so you know the number before you say yes. For ongoing work, the price can follow your results instead, which means we do better when the fix actually works.

When something really cannot be fixed

Some things are genuinely closed. A deadline that has passed, a decision that is already final, a law that says no.

When that is the answer you get it plainly and early, not after weeks of billing. Knowing a thing is finished is worth something too.

Bring us the problem

Tell us what is stuck. If we can solve it we will say how. If we cannot, we will say that instead, and it will not cost you anything to have asked. You will hear back within one business day.
